I am a lifelong Chester County Resident. Grew up in East Brandywine until I moved to West Chester for College in 1997.
Tell us about your family.
I've been married to my husband Jonathan for 24 years. We have twin 22-year-old twin boys, Ryan and Jonathan, and a daughter, Lizzy, who is 18.
Why did you join RTCF?
I started originally with Team CMMD in 2015, after experiencing a dear friend from the Fire Company that I volunteer with receive a Pancreatic cancer diagnosis. He ultimately lost his battle. I knew change needed to happen. I choose to advocate for all of the fighters by bringing awareness to all types of cancer.
What impact do you want RTCF to have on the community?
My hope is that through community engagement we can show others how much helping cancer fighters is needed. Sharing resources through informational and financial assistance, we can give a voice and hope to so many fighters who feel they are alone. -
